Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or reception team. Full payment is required at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of session credit, depending on the plan or service package. The clinic is not responsible for adverse effects resulting from non-compliance, misinformation, or activities conducted outside the supervised sessions.
